In this experience, we give you a ready-made ceramic cup. You will color it using glaze paints, and we will fire it for you to make it safe for drinking.

Pick-Up Instructions: Your finished cup will be ready after 7 days. You must pick it up within 7 days of the ready date. After that, we are no longer responsible for keeping it.

Please wash your brushes and tools, and leave the space as you found it.
If you prefer not to clean up your brushes and working space, kindly purchase a cleaning adds-on.
Upon Arrival:
Ticket Presentation: Upon arrival, please present your ticket to the cashier. You will find it in your email—mostly in your phone's mail. If you bought your ticket using your iPhone, it will be in your iPhone email, i.e., the one that ends with @icloud.com.
