Return and Refund Policy

At Cosefan, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional quality in art kits, handmade products, art experience sessions, beverages, and plants. However, please be aware of our return and refund policy:

  1. General Policy: Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not allow cancellations, substitutions, or postponements once a purchase or booking has been made. We encourage our customers to review their selections carefully before finalizing their purchases.

  2. Art Kits and Handmade Products: All sales of art kits and handmade products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective upon receipt. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

  3. Art Experience Sessions: Once booked, art experience sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. We ask that our customers commit to the scheduled times as these are curated experiences prepared specifically for you.

  4. Beverages and Food Items: For health and safety reasons, all sales of beverages and food items are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on these products. Discrepancies related to beverage temperatures, as per our settings between 55-62°C, do not qualify for refunds or returns.

  5. Plants: Given the delicate nature of plants, all sales are final. We ensure that all plants are healthy and in good condition when they leave our premises. We cannot accept returns due to the complexities of plant care after they have been delivered or taken home.

  6. Cleaning and Maintenance: If items are not cleaned and returned in their original condition post-use (where applicable), and if the pre-determined cleaning fee has not been paid, we reserve the right to refuse future services and consider the reservation and experience void.

  7. Non-Compliance with Terms: Any violation of our store policies or terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of the purchase or booking without a refund.
