Child Entry: No children under the age of 11 are permitted.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: There are no postponements, cancellations, or substitutions allowed.

Beverage Temperatures: Cosefan is a specialty coffee shop serving hot beverages that contain milk, heated to temperatures between 55-62°C. Ordering any beverage signifies your acceptance of its temperature. Beverages cannot be returned or exchanged based on temperature complaints.

Activities and Events: Participation in any activities or events at Cosefan (including, but not limited to, painting, calligraphy, games, and arts) requires a ticket, whether tools/games are provided by Cosefan or brought by the participant.

Self-Service: Please dispose of waste in the designated bins and keep the tables clean. After completing drawing or any other experience, clients are expected to wash, dry, and return brushes and tools to their original places. Everything should be returned tidy and clean, and waste disposed of properly. A cleaning fee can be pre-paid for those who prefer not to clean up themselves; failure to pay this fee and leaving the place or tools unclean will result in denial of future service at Cosefan and cancellation of the experience and reservation for violating the terms and conditions.

Behavioral Conduct: Making calls, playing audio on any device, or placing feet on the tables is strictly prohibited at Cosefan. If you wish to listen to something on your device, please use headphones. Please refrain from giving orders to any of our staff.

Minimum Charge: Each person entering Cosefan is required to spend a minimum of 50 SAR every three hours, per seat. Entry to the venue mandates ordering a coffee every hour; those who do not place an order immediately are not permitted to enter or remain seated.

Pottery: If you finish making pottery, you may either take it or join a glazing session. Pottery left unreserved for glazing will be discarded, as will any abandoned art pieces. Glazing includes two firings and painting, and you may come for glazing seven days after making the pottery. You have a seven-day grace period for painting, and the cup will be ready seven days later, with a seven-day period to pick it up. We disclaim responsibility for any piece not collected within 28 days from the date of creation.

Photography: No photography or videography is allowed, whether by mobile phone or professional camera, without a written permit from Cosefan. Photography of staff or customers is strictly forbidden in all circumstances. If a customer violates this rule or any other terms and conditions, the experience will be considered void, and we apologize for refusing service or any form of interaction with the offending or non-compliant individual.

Prohibited Entry: Entry is strictly prohibited to individuals who have conditions that cause them to lose control of themselves if it disturbs others with noise or movement, and to all drug users.

Bike Rental: Partial damage to the bicycle incurs a repair fee of 800 SAR, while near-total damage requires a payment of 2000 SAR. If the bicycle is not returned after one hour, each additional hour will be charged at half the rate of the first hour. The renter is responsible for maintaining the bicycle and returning it in good condition. In case of damage or failure to return the bicycle, the renter must pay the cost of 2000 SAR immediately.

Pottery Restrictions: It is prohibited to introduce pieces with loops, handles, or oven attachments. If such pieces are made by the customer and break in the oven, it is the customer's responsibility, and no compensation can be claimed.

Fees: The fee covers one individual per experience. If another person intervenes without having paid their fee in advance, the experience will be canceled (the first client cannot continue). Cleaning brushes and tools is your responsibility; if you prefer not to clean, you may pay the cleaning fee in advance.

Experience Fee: The fee is for one person only. If another person wishes to join, they must pay the fee. Sitting on the experience chairs, entering the pottery area, and handling tools for experiences are strictly for those who have paid the fee. If this rule is violated and any person intervenes in the experience without payment, the experience will be canceled, and the piece will be confiscated; the first client cannot continue.

Verbal Agreements: Nothing verbal holds weight in Cosefan: whether an employee told or didn't tell you something. Read the terms and conditions, take your receipt, and know that everything is official and written. This is not a place for customary or oral matters!
